you know this is what you should realise- the style- yeah he got 'it' even when he was little he wore his clothes with a certain swagger. But this is the thing do you see the poses- and I dont necessarily mean the signature ones- Michael is a visual artist and a dancer. (I love the Italian Vogue issue) He FELT instinctively how to 'strike' pose. All is well & I like seeiing the tributes on magazines. People SHOULD realise his influence- MJ= culture a way of living- But like all things it has two sides: these magazines they are is still getting attention & collecting money because they simply copy his sense of style- Put him on a cover of anything & it sells. Its al physological. One love. Love your blog to pieces though.
It's no surprise that Michael Jackson had not only a great influence in music and dance, but in fashion as well. He didn't follow the trends, he created them. The original skinny jeans wearer, the hipster before hipsters even appeared, inventor of the clothes mullet, and obviously the infamous Balmain spring 2009 comeback owes it to the King of Pop. Fierceness at it's fullest.
billie jean's outfit looks like black or white "original" outfit. Gotta love the jackets!
ReplyDeleteI agree... they'd better added some sequinned jacket there...
